5. Installing memoQ in multiuser mode

You can use the regular memoQ setup package to install memoQ on your terminal server, but you need to prepare the server first.

To do that, follow the steps below:

1. Download memoQVPrep.exe to a folder on the server computer and then open it.

2. To start the installation process, on the User account control dialog click Yes.

3. The memoQ terminal server deployment mode dialog appears:

    

   

   Here, you can select the deployment mode you prefer:

   • Single-user mode - this is a default option. This means that memoQ can only be started on one instance on a computer.

   • Multi-user mode - it means that multiple users can use memoQ at the same time. To use this mode, you must deploy memoQ on a virtualization server. 

4. To leave the program and close the window, click the Close button.

5. Then, download and install the latest memoQ version.

Don't start or activate memoQ after this installation. Before using memoQ on your terminal server, you must get a CAL license pool.
