Context:
Latin character languages like English, French, German, etc. use a single-byte representation for numbers. Japanese, Chinese, Korean use double-byte numbers. Languages like Arabic, Hindi, etc. use again different number formats. memoQ has a way for you to convert these automatically via AutoPick.
Use:
In order to enable number conversions, open a document for translation and select Translation > Predictive Typing and Autopick > AutoPick, and from the lower right corner select the right number format under Digits. The number conversion happens when you click Ctrl during translation and take over a number from the source.
