Error when opening or checking out projects CAL license received through project permission not working
Description: When checking out a project, or opening a checked out project copy, you get an error with one of the following messages:
"You cannot open the local copy project because the CAL license request of user XY has been rejected."
-or-
"Your current edition of memoQ does not allow you to check out an online project. Please contact your memoQ administrator."
This happens in the following circumstances:
- No CAL license is directly assigned to your user in memoQ server. Instead, you work with a project based license permission.
- And you have a CAL server configured in the Activation window.
