Error No ELM license received from server
Context: You are working for an Enterprise or LSP that sends you a job as well as an ELM license to work on their online project. When trying to activate that license you get the following error message:
"No ELM license received from server"
Description: This message typically means that there is no assigned ELM license to this user, please check which "Active edition" of memoQ you are using, this can be read in the top right-hand corner of the dashboard. This should either be "4Free" or "Translator Pro", if it indicates "Current edition: None" then you should activate either a "4Free" or "Translator Pro" license.
Fix: If you already have a serial key please activate it by going to Help/Change serial. If you haven't got one you can apply for 45 days of Translator Pro for free, which will become a 4free account once the demo is over. If by any chance you have already used your 45 days of free Translator Pro, but do not have a 4Free account active, then please contact the support team and request a 4Free serial key.
Once you have an adequate edition, ask your PM to reassign an ELM license to you.
