How to assign users and rights to a term base
You can assign users, groups with certain rights to QTerm glossaries to control who can do what with said resources.
Assign a user with permission to a QTerm glossary.
- Go to the QTerm tab on the memoQWeb main page.
- On the QTerm - Home page, you can see the list of term bases available.
- Select Settings from the Operations column, left from the name of the term base.
- Select the Permissions tab.
- Add a user or group from the dropdown list with the selected permission.
- The newly created permission will be added to the list.
Add in batch
Add multiple users and groups with the same permission.
- Go to the QTerm tab on the memoQWeb administrator surface.
- On the QTerm - Home page, you can see the list of term bases available.
- Select Settings from the Operations column, left from the name of the term base.
- Select the Permissions tab.
- Click Add in batch on the top right corner of the page.
- Mark the users or groups that wish to add
Hint: Use the search field or the filters to locate the items much easier. - Select the permission from the dropdown list and pick an expiry date if necessary.
