Segmentation rules difference between abb_long and abb_short lists

Context: You can customize your segmentation rules by adding new abbreviations to the rules to avoid wrong segmentation of your documents after import into your memoQ project.

Description: Which list should you add your abbreviations to?

#abbr_long# is the "general" abbreviation list.
Items in #abbr_long# do not have to be preceded by a whitespace.

#abbr_short# entries need to be preceded by a whitespace.
If you have eg. as an abbreviation, you should include it here, not in #abbr#, otherwise the program will not start a new sentence after "beg."
