Windows 8.1: memoQ hangs during startup

Symptom: Under Windows 8.1, memoQ hangs when starting


  1. Right-click the memoQ 2013 icon, and choose Properties.
  2. Click the Compatibility tab, and, under Compatibility mode, choose Windows 8.
  3. Check the Disable display scaling on high DPI settings check box.
  4. Click OK, and then try starting memoQ.
