Updating the memoQ Help file

Title: I cannot download the latest memoQ Help for the project manager edition.


How to: If you download a memoQ beta version and later on update to the release version, you may get an error in downloading the full help for your project manager edition. If you have memoQ open, close the programm. Then, under Windows 7, go to C:\ProgramData\MemoQ and remove the existing CHM file from this folder. Open memoQ again, the download link to download the full help is available again. Download the full help. If you still get an error, turn to Support and request the full help CHM file and manually replace the file in C:\ProgramData\MemoQ.
