Title: Additional server licenses do not show up in the license list

ContextYou have received additional licenses, but they don't show up in the list of licenses after updating the server licenses. 

Description: The server activator tool doesn't always download the most recent licenses from Kilgray's activation server. First, from the server computer, click Help / Activation / Update licenses online, and then click Help / Server Activation / Update licenses online. After this your new licenses should be visible in the list of licenses. However, if you received ELM (mobile) licenses for the memoQ server, you need to restart the memoQ server service before they become available on your computer.

If this does not work, browse to C:\Programdata\memoQserver, and delete the license11.dat files, then re-do the activation of the server using the Server Activator tool in the Start menu. Please note that the Programdata folder is hidden by default. You might need to show hidden files and folders to make it visible. You can change this setting under Control Panel / Folder options, under the View tab.
