Title: How to keep your memoQ projects and resources after reinstalling your system

Context: You are about to reinstall the system on which memoQ is installed and would like to keep all your work.

How to:

Backup all of your projects (from the Dashboard, select each project and click
 Backup selected) and store them on a separate device.

Secure a copy of your translation memories, TermBases and LiveDocs corpora as well. You can find the location of these files in
 Tools > Options > Locations.

Once you have reinstalled memoQ use the same serial number as you previously had. If for some reason the activation doesn't work, please let the support team know (support@kilkgray.com).

Make sure you include your name and serial number in your message.
