Error 32: Standard exception: Cannot open file

Title: Error 32. Standard exception: Cannot open file: C:\ProgramData\MemoQ\Translation Memories\Your-TM-Name\Index#.mtx


Context: An error message shows up when confirming segments in a translation, this message states:

 "[name-of-your-TM] Standard exception: Cannot open file: 

C:\ProgramData\MemoQ\Translation Memories\Your-TM-Name\Index#.mtx
Error: 32"

 When you click on “OK” memoQ shuts down without updating your TM.


Description: The message indicates that your TM is damaged. In order for memoQ to work properly whilst using it you must first repair it.


Fix:

• Open the Resource Console

• Select the faulty translation memory

• Click on Repair resource, as shown below:

This should solve the issue.
