Server licenses not updating

Context: For some reason, you cannot update your server license online.


Description: Make sure that there are no possible network related issues present. Your server might not be updating because it cannot overwrite or replace your exiting license1x.dat file. 


- Go to the C:\ProgramData\memoQserver folder on the memoQ server machine
- Move away, or rename the license1x.dat files, this will wipe your server licenses
- Run the server activator tool in the start menu/memoQ server
- Enter the activation data, and update the server licenses online.

This way your obsolete licenses will disappear, and only the most recent ones will show up in the list.

Also, please make sure that you are running the memoQ Server Activator as Administrator.
