Title: Editing auto-translation rules: use of user-defined and existing elements. Context: You are editing your auto-translation rules and whenever you try to add a new rule a message pops up telling you that #your rule# is not a valid Regex. That your rule must be valid and use existing user-defined elements included between “#” signs. Description: In order to generate a new rule using user-generated content you must first have registered these elements in memoQ. How to: In the “Edit Auto-translation” panel go to the “Translation pairs” and enter your elements in a “Custom list”.
