Description:
When importing Idiom xlz data in memoQ, importing fails with the following error message:

TYPE:
System.FormatException

MESSAGE:
Input string was not in a correct format.

SOURCE:
mscorlib

CALL STACK:
at System.Number.StringToNumber(String str, NumberStyles options, NumberBuffer& number, NumberFormatInfo info, Boolean parseDecimal)
at System.Number.ParseDouble(String value, NumberStyles options, NumberFormatInfo numfmt)

at MemoQ.DocConverters.XLIFF.XLIFFConverter.GetNextChar()
at MemoQ.DocConverterFramework.CharacterBasedConvertController.ImportDocument()

Fix:
This is about having a decimal in a match rate in the file. Something goes wrong when interpreting that, and it is specific to system regional settings.

In order to import the document, you need to change the Format settings of Windows.
Please go to Control panel > Region and Language > Formats tab, then change the Format with English (United States).
